Meet Beth and Chris

We are the owners of ZAPT Laser Tag. ZAPT Laser Tag in Cambridge is our third leisure venue. In 2016 we opened our first venue, Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge, which we describe as where climbing centre meets theme park. In 2020, we opened our second indoor climbing centre, Climb Quest in Milton Keynes.

We were keen to add another complimentary activity to our business, with a focus on something outdoors. We roped in mainly our kids, plus friends, family and colleagues to try lots of potential activities and the standout option was outdoor laser tag.

Outdoor laser tag has the same sort of wow factor as our climbing experience gives participants and also shares many of the same traits about being inclusive and fun for all ages, abilities and confidence levels. It also gets kids away from their devices and taking part in a fun and healthy activity that they can enjoy with their friends, parents and even grandparents.

We are delighted to have found an enthusiastic home at the stunning Milton Country Park in Cambridge. The activity struck a chord with the Park’s team, who were looking for more activities to add to the Park’s offering.

Depending when you read this, ZAPT Laser Tag will launch or have launched in May 2024. We can’t wait to welcome you to ZAPT to experience the awesome game of laser tag.

Meet the ZAPT Team

Most the ZAPT Laser Tag team have worked with us in our climbing business for several years. Don’t let everyone’s youthful appearances deceive you – we’ve worked out that there is almost 100 years’ leisure experience in the ZAPT team.

The area we get complimented most for in our climbing business is the high level of customer service, enthusiasm and care that our team give to customers. We will be bringing that across to ZAPT Laser Tag to ensure that you and your group has the ultimate outdoor gaming experience!
